Jairzinho Rozenstruik validated himself as a heavyweight contender Saturday when he rallied to quit Alistair Overeem in the final seconds of the UFC on ESPN 7 fundamental event.

Rozenstruik (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) became down spacious on the scorecards when he pulled off a miraculous one-punch TKO of Overeem (45-18 MMA, 10-7 UFC) in the heavyweight headliner, which took put aside at Capital One Area in Washington, D.C.

With the preserve shut, Rozenstruik remained undefeated in his MMA profession and is coming off attend-to-attend finishes of heavyweight legends in Overeem and Andrei Arlovski.

After the fight, he called for a showdown with Francis Ngannou (14-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) in 2020. “The Predator” apparently obliged on social media, but is that the matchup that makes the most sense for Rozenstruik?

Watch the video above for thoughts and prognosis on his future after the spacious preserve shut at UFC on ESPN 7.
