Attorneys for Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli filed court paperwork Friday asserting the couple plans to plead now not responsible to charges of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery. The couple also waived their factual to seem at a Nov. 20 arraignment.
Prosecutors now not too long ago added the bribery assign for 11 folks who beforehand pleaded now not responsible in the case. One other 19 folks salvage pleaded responsible or agreed to plead responsible.
Loughlin and Giannulli are accused of paying $500,000 to gain their two daughters into the College of Southern California as false athletic recruits. Their daughters now not support USC.
