Fire officials in both Vancouver and Surrey, B.C., are blaming fireworks for traditional reports of fire injure and accidents over the course of Halloween celebrations final Thursday night.

Fire officials in both Vancouver and Surrey, B.C., are blaming fireworks for traditional reports of fire injure and accidents over the course of Halloween celebrations final Thursday night.
